Trouble with NFS mount...

I've installed FAI, successfully completed fai-setup (I think), made a FAI boot CD.  When it boots I choose static IP (our company network won't allow another DHCP server).

Here are the messages:

Please append corrent "root=" boot option
Kernel panic: VFS Unable to mount root fs on 02:00
