fetch local file: fails

Hello,

Useing fai2.5 & fai-kernel 5.2
I have messages: 


...................................
Failed to fetch 
file:/files/scratch/debmirror/debian/dists/woody/main/binary-i386/Packages  
File not found
..........................................
-----for all path of local mirror.-----
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old 
ones used instead.
No diversion `diversion of /sbin/discover by fai', none removed
......................................

But,
mirror: ok
hostname: ok
console-data/keymap/.....     not defined....... for "fai-setup".
"apt-get update" don't help
and I,  I don't know what to do ........
