fai newb help please

HI everyone,
 
after hearing and reading about fai for about a year i am finally
giving it a try on a small 8 node linux cluster.
 
so far i have fai configured successfully..
 
i have created a bootfloppy but when I boot with it, it has trouble
mounting the root filesystem.
 
on the master/install server syslog i see the following messages:
 
Oct 27 13:52:52 nucleus dhcpd: BOOTREQUEST from 00:90:27:73:99:94 via

Oct 27 13:52:52 nucleus dhcpd: BOOTREPLY for 192.168.1.7 to atom07

Oct 27 13:52:52 nucleus rpc.mountd: refused mount request from atom07
for /tftpboot/192.168.1.7 (/): no export entry
 
it seems like its trying to mount /tftpboot/ipnumber instead of
/usr/lib/fai/nfsroot
 
any idea what I am missing?
