cdrom repository ftp working

I got the cdrom to serve its repository to localhost
with proftpd, so I'll upload patches when I iron it out.
It works pretty well. A change to rcS_fai starts proftpd.
It wouldn't work without gzipping the Packages file.

make-fai-repository seems to complain when I try to
install conflicting packages. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, the installation ended up asking for essential
packages that weren't detected by calculate_essential().
I ended up merging the data from
  `chroot $NFSROOT dpkg --get-selections`
and this fixed things. Like many bugs, once squashed
they are difficult to recognize.
