fai and lvm

I've finished making fai and lvm working together.
In some words :
    Only works for data filesystems not for /, /usr, /var ...
    Works with multiple PV, VG and LV (tested with 3 PVs, 2 VGs and 3 LVs)
    Works with multiple filesytems (tested with ext3, resiserfs and xfs)
And now, i write a mini-howto ... 
Due to size of patches and scripts (around 10 k), i will not post them 
to the list.
