Booting from PXE

I came across a similar problem whilst PXE booting a compaq 4000 ( tlan 
netwrok card ).

Some of the older PXE cards stall on mtu discovery.

The fix was to adjust the local /proc entry

echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_no_pmtu_disc

This fixed it in my case.
