Hi,

I do not understand, why my client is classified to the following classes:

FAI_CLASSES:

DEFAULT # ok, every client belongs to this class
I386 # ok
I386 # why appaers this class two times
NIS # ok, I do have YP
TUX_WEB_DE # that's ok again
NIS # why appaers this class two times
TUX_WEB_DE # "
FAI_BOOTPART # ?
TMP_PARTITION # ?
NFS_SERVER # ?
SCRATCH # ?
fai1 # ok, that's the hostname
LAST # ok

I removed the file S01alias.sh in /usr/local/share/fai/class and there is
only a class called DEFAULT which contains the line LILO. Thats's
astonishing, too - why does this class not show up in FAI_CLASSES?

I thought the default classes are DEFAULT, LAST, $ARCHITECTURE, NIS or
NONIS ($YP_DOMAIN) and LAST...

Any hints?

Thx,

   Gernot Weber

Only wimps use tape backup: _real_ men just upload their important stuff
on ftp, and let the rest of the world mirror it.
