sysinfo lockup when mounting bad fs

When action is set to sysinfo, a client host will typically freeze (while
trying to mount existing partitions) if it has Linux partitions that have
not been cleanly unmounted previously. This may be caused by a particular
filesystem corruption and may not occur in all cases (but I'm getting hit
by it consistently). Manually fsck'ing the partitions makes the problem go
away.
