normally all daemon should be started from /etc/init.d/* by using the
/sbin/start-stop-daemon. FAI has a faked version of start-stop daemon,
that does not start a daemon. But if a /etc/init.d/ script directly
start a daemon, there's no (easy) way to prevent the daemon from starting.
