support for RAID controllers in setup_harddisks

I would like to see setup_harddists deal with both
percentages and 
ranges.. For example sometimes I need 30% of my disk space
to go
for the /var partition and 50% for /home, 20 Mb for /boot
and the 
rest goes for /. 
And I prefer sometimes to ignore to specify whether the disk
is
IDE or SCSI after disk_config
