DAC960 Mylex controller with FAI

Maybe sfdisk does not load the modules for you. Try
FAI_ACTION=sysinfo, then load the needed modules. then try sfdisk -l 
You can send me your dmesg and sfdisk output, then I can see how these devices
are recognized.
