Hello,

I put a test version of FAI to

http://www.informatik.uni-koeln.de/fai/download/developer/

In future, there you can find the newest CVS sources compiled to a
debian package. This will be not a release, so there could be a lot
bugs in or it will not be tested yet. It's only use is, that you do
not have to compile the cvs sources by yourself.

These are new things in version test1

  * added expect5.31 support
  * added kernel-nfs-server support
  * do not create account fai if it already exists (e.g using NIS)

There was a problem when using NIS, or /home/fai is mounted read only.

> Adding new user fai (106) with group nogroup.
> Creating home directory /home/fai.
> Couldn't create /home/fai: permission denied   <=

Now, you can create a account FAI inside NIS, and FAI will not try to
create it itself. If you do not use NIS and only /home is read-only,
adduser will break. Then you should choose another homedirectory (adduser.conf), that
is writeable.
