[linux-fai] problems with apt-get update

Hi,

just noticed that fai installation (beta2) hangs because

chroot $FAI_ROOT apt-get upgrade

in prepare_apt() (rcS_fai) expects user interaction.

I added an option:

chroot $FAI_ROOT apt-get -f -y upgrade

and moved that line after the definition of DEBIAN_FRONTEND.
But that solved the problem only partially: the package
pcmcia-cs still expects someone to hit <return>. So I
commented out that line. Maybe base.tgz and the base packages
will synchronize soon.
