[linux-fai] atd started during installation

I am not sure about this. Setting the PATH variable usually is
considered to be clear and secure programming style and sometimes
avoids unexpected and unwanted effects. The /etc/init.d/atd script
was just not programmed with FAI in mind. This makes our life
a bit more complicated.
