upgrade

Hi, if Im trying to upgrade a cluster from 2.1 to 2.2
and my server is machine a, with the clients being, say b-n,
this is my current understanding of the fai documentation:

1) install the debian packages, with the correct directory
   structure on the server a in ..?

2) run the script install_packages

3) the list of packages to be installed are in 
  ../fai/package_config

Where does one tell a the list of machines that it should upgrade?

Sorry, Im very new at this!
