supported network cards

i'm a student at Tokyo Institute of Technology,
and am doing research on fault tolerant MPI.

i'm now working at Plug'n Play cluster,
which consists of DELL's Inspiron 4000 x 20 (this is laptop PC),
with 3Com's 3CCFE575CT PCMCIA Card.

i would be very happy if you support such PCMCIA cards.
is it possible? 
if you can't, could you tell me how to build
PCMCIA enabled floppy image?
