[RFC] setup-storage: generate scripts for partition table (re)creation

Lovely idea, I'd appreciate such a feature! Would be nice to have
this script available outside of setup-storage as well so it could
be used like sfdisk nowadays, though if setup-storage would support
the feature as well this would be awesome. :)
