[Patch] Create ext3 when writing ext3 was option to disk_config file

Hi!

setup_harddisks does not work as on would expect, when writing 'ext3'
into the options column. It creates an 'ext2' filesystem but writes
'ext3' into the fstab.

This simple patch changes the behaviour when 'ext3' was specified.
