variables in fai.conf and make-fai-nfsroot.conf

Hi all,

I finished the cleanup of /etc/fai/*.conf files. A lot of variables
where removed, renamed or now good default values are used, so
normally users do not need to define a lot of them. I hope that this
list of variables is now up to date.

I will now wait for some days for comments on this, then I like to
start the renaming of variable names.

Please also look at the NEWS file (in fai-3beta.tar.gz), which should
describe all user visibles changes to those variables. It's available
from the svn repository or at
