Well that's nice - but to make it useful, the following command is _required_

user fai at packages.debian.org

before any

usertag 310999 + fixed-in-svn_michael_bugfixes_310999

commands.

What do the others think about that? My tag-proposal, as above, is a bit clumsy,
are there any nicer suggestions?
