well, 'patch' is applicable if there's some patch available inside the bts...
if we keep the bugfixes only inside svn, then we could introduce usertags
pointing to the svn branch where the bugfix can be merged from (see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/09/msg00002.html for the
usertags announcement).
