People building their own kernel normally do not create a fai-kernels
package (which includes two kernel packages), but only a kernel
package. Also, fai-nfsroot is only installed inside the nfsroot and
the fai-kernels package is installed on the install server. Currently
we do not install the fai-kernels package inside the nfsroot, we only
extract one kernel packag into the nfsroot. Maybe we can change this
when using the default Debian kernel.
