FAI Linuxtag mini developer meeting protocol (german only, sorry)

P.S.: the list with the Faiwiki contents is because we decided to
provide a bit of a structure for the content of the wiki before opening
it to the public - speakers of any language are encouraged to send
me/the lists some ideas what could be in that structure...
But finally, it will be a wiki...
