Betreff: FrOSCon 2013 Exhibitors

Dear exhibitors,

the beta version of our exhibition area is finally finished. On the
attached plan you can see where your booth will probably be located. If
we forgot to consider your urgent wishes regarding your booths, please
let us know. We decided to place most of the booths in the mensa again,
and some on the first floor.

We provide one power connector and one Ethernet connection for each
booth. If you plan to bring several computers to your booth, please
bring your own Ethernet switches and power strips, too. You can prepare
your booth from 5 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. on Saturday. Please don't
start packing your stuff before 6 p.m. on Sunday because this creates an
atmosphere of departure, while the conference is still running.

As in the previous years, we offer FrOSCon T-shirts to our visitors.
These T-shirts are only available through our ticket presale at
https://presale.froscon.org/ and can be ordered until the 8 of August.
Please note that we use a new ticket system this year. In order to
simplify the process at the entry of the conference, all participants -
including booth personal - have to order a ticket in the presale
interface. Of course, your ticket is free of charge. In order to get
your ticket, we will provide all your staff with a special token that
can be entered into the presale interface. We will send you the token
and additional information on the T-shirt sale in the next days. Please
enter the names of the people who will run your booth into the
call-for-exhibitors-system¹ (if you don't have yet) so that we can send
a token to everybody. The call-for-exhibitors-system will be closed on
August 21st, so please email us any urgent changes after this date.

Just like last year we are able to offer rooms at the nearby Hotel
Regina to the participating projects. For Friday and Saturday night we
subsidize them and can thus offer a bed in a double room for 35 Euro per
person and night. Unfortunately, there is only small number of rooms
left, so we will give away the rooms on the basis of "first come, first
served". If you would like to accept this offer, please write an answer
until August 11th in the following format, so we can quickly parse it:

Please check if your project's information on the FrOSCon homepage² is
correct and complete. If not, please email us any corrections.

If you've got a booth or a project room free of charge for your open
source project (this does not apply if you have a paid booth, that is
e.g. part of a sponsoring package), we'd kindly ask you to take care
that you do not display any information, flyers, logos or other
merchandise gifts from companies who do not support us through a paid
sponsorship. Those sponsorships provide the funding needed in order to
organize the conference and provide you with free-of-charge booths,
catering and hopefully a great FrOSCon overall. If you have any further
questions regarding this specific issue or about sponsoring FrOSCon in
