WSGI ist mittlerweile Standard (Apache, Lighttpd und Nginx haben alle entsprechende
Module).

Eine interessante, weil performantere und einfachere Variante ist SCGI
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_Common_Gateway_Interface). Das setzen
wir bei unseren Kundenlösungen gerne ein.
