Wobei mir auch folgendes durch den Kopf geht.

Wir solten das aber auch mit der pyconde vorher üben, falls das
machbar ist. D.h. wir haben dann 3 Veranstaltungen in Folge (bzw. wenn
wir die EP in Köln haben 2013/14 nicht die pyconde in Köln.)
Die pyconde sollte dann an einem anderem Ort stattfinden können.
Open Space bzw. barcamp sollte auch nicht zu kurz kommen, das bringt
die community zusammen. Daher würde ich für eine gemischte Konferenz
+2 geben.
