Du suggerierst, dass es sich bei der Aussage um ein wörtliches Zitat
aus der GPL handelt. Das ist unwahr, es handelt sich um ein Zitat
einer Aussage aus den unter http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html
zu findenden "Frequently Asked Questions about the GNU GPL". Ich
vervollständige das Zitat einmal um die entscheidende Aussage:

Wenn man das 'see above' befolgt, wird deutlich, worum es geht:
