FAI 6.5.1

Hi all,

FAI 6.5.1 is now available in the fai-project.org package repository.
It does not include major changes.

The ISC dhclient program is replaced by dhcpcd and dbus will now be
started during the installation and the dracut module
systemd-hostnamed was added.

You still can use the ISC dhcp server in your FAI environment and we
still provide a config for this.
