PXE-booting UEFI machines

Context: I'm not using FAI right now, but I am doing a fair amount of PXE
install-related stuff.

Could you chainload iPXE via grub? If you do, I suggest you use the newest
version you can-- I've had trouble with the version supplied with Ubuntu
20.04, for instance.
