UEFI boot dropping to startup.nsh prompt

Mmmm. Now I think it's not possible that your image craeted by
fai-diskimage can create a valid EFI boot entry on your
computer. Maybe that's why it's not booting.
Do you think the EFI entries match the UUID of the disk image?
