Unable to install etckeeper with FAI - triggers break

Hey Thomas,

I find it unlikely that someone would want to install etckeeper into
the nfsroot. However, for consistency, I think it'd make sense to
remove --pid from fai-make-nfsroot as well, unless there is a good
reason to retain it.
