Installation failure

I have nothing to do with setting up FAI, I am just a fai-user.  How do I go about using createvt?

This seems to point at a problem with the creation of the writable filesystem on top of the NFS root - would you mind to show your full kernel command line?
(Also, do you have the "createvt" flag enabled? Do you run a fai-monitor daemon that would show which step(s) failed?)
