Install with cryptetup

Hello everyone,
I need some help with the install of one computer.
To install my pc, I would like to encrypt my entire disk except the /boot/efi partition.
Is there anyone who has successfully done an encrypted install, with cryptsetup, in the whole disk?
Could you help me solve this?
