Dracut sometimes confuses EFI partition with root filesystem

I've look at several other linux ISO images (grml, Centos,
ubuntu, Debian). None of them have a file system Label which is called "System".
Grml has a label called GRML, Centos uses ANACONDA, ubuntu
and Debian has no label for the EFI partition.
