VMs end up without grub installed

Hello Bill,

Is your system to be installed EFI or BIOS boot?
Grub-pc is normally bios boot oriented.
I added a switch myself by checking if a call to „efibootmgr“ (has to be installed beforehand) is successful or not to decide if grub-pc or grub-efi will be installed

Have fun
