openSUSE starting aid

Dear all,

I am just starting with FAI and trying to enable my FAI server to install openSUSE.

The FAI server itself is working, I can install the default mini Debian system onto a test machine.

I already found the OPENSUSE_42.tar.xz basefile and placed it in the config/basefile directory.
I also added a new host class definition into class/50-host-classes .

Now I could need some starting aid: What are the next steps for installing RPM based systems with FAI?
Which scripts do I need to adapt or create? How do I introduce the repository configuration and replace apt and dpkg with zipper and rpm for example?

I found only sparse (and obsolete) information on this topic and those could not enlighten me...
Getting it done as fai-like as possible is fine, I don't need to introduce unnecessary changes, only what is required to get the job done.

Thankful for any hint or advice,
Frank
