FAI 5.8.1 released, better Ubuntu support

The changes from FAI 5.8 to 5.8.1 are only changes in some configs. It
now supports the netplan config for Ubuntu and installs the Ubuntu
server package when not installing the desktop.

New ISO images are also created and on the Ubuntu only FAI CD you can
choose if you want to install the Ubuntu desktop or Ubuntu server
version.

All ISO images and FAI packages are available from the FAI project home page
