PXE Boot fails: mount.nfs: Protocol not supported

I guess you will be dropped into the dracut rescue shell after the
mount is not sucessful. There you can debug a lot.
Try to do the mount there manually. What's the error message?

Did you created an empty /srv/nfs4 directory?
First which FAI version, which kernel version are you using?
