FAI and Xenserver

Hello,

I'm trying to install Xenserver guests using FAI but guest VM hangs on
booting with error Target filesystem doesn't have requested /sbin/init

My fai server is on VM on same host, PXE  kernel config looks like:

label fai-generated
kernel vmlinuz-3.16.1
append initrd=initrd.img-3.16.1 ip=dhcp  root=/dev/nfs boot=live
nfsroot=192.168.33.250:/srv/fai/nfsroot  FAI_FLAGS=verbose,sshd,createvt
FAI_CONFIG_SRC=nfs://192.168.33.250/srv/fai/config FAI_ACTION=install


Xenserver version is 7.1
FAI version: 5.3.4~bpo8+1
