early stage rpcbind failure

I have that "patch" in place since a couple of years already,
which always worked well.

This time the problem seems to be a different one and it is
not easy to track down.

I've also rebuilt the nfsroot several times in order to create
new initrd files without luck.

Please check if the client now tries to mount the nfsroot via NFS v4.
Try to force NFS v3. Also read this
