Issue with lvcreate

Hey,

Interesting issue with lvcreate and setup-storage on Jessie with FAI
5.0.3, we've started getting the following error sometimes:

/dev/VGNAME/LVNAME: not found: device not cleared
Aborting. Failed to wipe start of new LV.

Which causes setup-storage to abort and so does fai.

It seems that udev isn't picking up the new LV in time to create the
device before lvcreate tries to wipe the start of the device. I've
worked around this for now by modifying:

/usr/share/fai/setup-storage/Commands.pm

to have lvcreate have the "-Z n' parameter.
