Latest full cd

I have tried to install the server portion from the cd and it does not
seem to complete properly or else the documentation is lacking.  After
it reboots from the inital run even with the cd in when i get to the
debian login prompt nothing works to login.  any suggestions on what
the default login is for the faiserver install from the cd is ? or is
this a sign that the install cd is breaking some where as it never
asked to create a user or any thing else for that matter.
