FAI via PXE: dracut mounts nfsroot from DHCP server instead of FAI server (and fails)

This is a known problem, which is more a dracut problem than a FAI
problem. The fix is described in this posting of the debian bug:

Since I'm also the maintainer of dracut, I will think about adding a
patch to Debian's dracut version.
