First, fai-cd is only working with live-boot (instead of dracut) used
insied the nfsroot. But there's a bug when using -B. Have a look at
#748839 in the Debian bug tracking system. We already fixed this, and
now a few tests will be made before we release FAI 4.2.
Then fai-cd will created ISO hybrid images which can just be dd'ed to
an USB stick.

I hope to release FAI 4.2 until the end of this week.
