status setup-storage FAI 4.x

In FAI 4.0 a lot of this were fix in setup-storage. Also in 4.1 I
fixed several things.

But there are still some problems if setup-storage find old LVM
partitions. I guess most FAI users wipe the whole disk before creating
new LVM partitions. Have a look at the BTS for details.
