FAI 4.1 released

Just a comment to the new release.
As I perfromed a softupdate on all my clients, the FAI-client was also 
updated to 4.1 on each client.
In the following, I ran into problems, because "task_finish" is now also 
executed during softupdates (see also changelog).

In my case, I have a hook-script "finish.WORKSTATION" - designed for 
installations only - which among others adds the user "siward" 
(admin-user) and sends me a notification e-mail.
The result was an error (as the user "siward" already exists) and a 
flood of e-mails (one per client).

I could easily fix it by using "if [ x$FAI_ACTION = xinstall ] ; then" 
in the script,
but I wonder why  "task_finish" is now executed also during soft-updates?
