FAI 3.4.8 for Ubuntu Precise (aka Ubuntu 12.04 LTS)

Good Evening,

I just uploaded FAI 3.4.8 to Ubuntu Precise Pangolin which will become
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS in April 2012.

I made some ubuntu specific changes (sources.list, added aptitude to
make-fail-nfsroot.conf etc., the usual stuff)

Did some standard tests (means: calling make-fai-nfsroot -vvvv and check
the resulting nfsroot).

Will test it further with local deployments and other integration tests.
