New issues with setup storage - disc too small

Just a few more things you could try once setup-storage has failed again:
- cat /proc/swaps
- cat /proc/mdstat
- pvdisplay -a
- mount
- cat /etc/mtab
- lsof | grep sdb
- fuser -vam /dev/sdb
- fuser -vam /dev/sdb1
- fuser -vam /dev/sdb5
Maybe any of those give us further insight into what is going on there.
