live-boot packages with udhcpc support for testing

Hi,
two minor issues:
- pxelinux file have not been disabled after the installation
- log files have not been saved
 
From Install log:
Kernel parameters: initrd=initrd.img-2.6.35-amd64 ip=dhcp root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=/srv/fai/nfsroot boot=live HOSTNAME=xxx SERVER=x.x.x.x FAI_FLAGS=verbose,sshd,reboot FAI_ACTION=install BOOT_IMAGE=vmlinuz-2.6.35-amd64

Kernel parameter ip= does not contain network parameters.

WARNING: ssh -l fai dhcp failed. Can't call fai-chboot on the install server.

FAI has some problem with the ip parameter and thinks that the name of the server is dhcp:)
