Aligning a partiton with setup-storage

I'm not sure I agree. But that might be because my interpretation of alignment
is not quite accurate.

The second partition appears to be properly aligned. Is it the start sector 63
of the first partition that you use as indication of align-at not working? If
so, I somewhat agree, but wouldn't go as far as align-at not working at all. The
problem is just that I chose to use the maximum of align-at and sector 63 for
the first partition. Probably I should be doing an alignment according to
align-at for some sector greater than 63.

Please just let me know whether the start of the first partition is your
indication of align-at not working. If yes, I'll come up with a fix pretty soon.
